The geodata should be changed so that the parapets can be navigated, but the geodata should not lift NPS into the air. )

Try this version, I have rechecked all the new static meshes:

If that doesn't work either, send me your geodata square (22_22) and we'll see if that's where the problem lies.

Completely deleting geodata about parapets is not the best solution. 😄 But this way we will know for sure whether the problem was in the geodatabase or not. 
Be sure to back up your geodata and try:
