Help Macro Glitch

hello everyone,

i can see in any pvp video on youtube, 

everyone use macro.

atm im playing in server that "Macro Glitch" in enabled on the server Features.

 

i cant understand what benefit i get if i use it

 

and the most important is how am i supposed to use it?

 

i try /useskill

/useskillforce

/useshortcut

 

but i dont understand whats the difference between click on the normal skill or the macro

 

ill be thankful to who will explain me this.

just put skill in macro and it should be faster reus
