Also this required the model to be u-modeled, edit its mesh (if the text is indeed a 3D mesh on the skeleton) and re-import or if it's on the texture the you need to google how to decrypt UTX file into DDS, open in Photoshop or Paint.NET, edit, save and encrypt back to DDS and replace with the old one.
