I am looking for file that would change male/female Kamael wings from normal color to black like it is in l2scryde.ru

You need to check the original files chargrp.dat and armorgrp.dat with this server files for detecting the new textures pack(s) what was used.

If you want to use these new wings only on armor, then this is solved by replacing the line of the armor.

For example, FKamael.Fkamael_m000_t00_w need to replace with FKamael.FKamael_m001_t00_w and you will have new black wings on armor / costume.
