Help Read error - try open file with xdat editor

Hi!

I try open file interface.xtat (form custom patch) but i have error: "File seems to be encrypted."

Use program XDAT editor (Interlude)

How i can descrypted it?

it don't look like encrypted, just with original encryptation of lineage 2, using l2decrypt can be, just when try open it fail, so is rare.

Using the newest version of xdat editor didn't work for me either.
