Στον εισαγγελέα οδηγήθηκαν λίγο μετά τις 2 το μεσημέρι της Κυριακής, υπό δρακόντεια μέτρα ασφαλείας, οι δύο ειδικοί φρουροί που πρωταγωνίστησαν στο θανάσιμο τραυματισμό του 16χρονου μαθητή στα Εξάρχεια.

 

Κατά του 37χρονου που πυροβόλησε ασκήθηκε ποινική δίωξη για ανθρωποκτονία από πρόθεση και παράνομη οπλοχρησία, ενώ στον 31χρονο ειδικό φρουρό δίωξη για απλή συνέργια σε ανθρωποκτονία.

 

Οι δυο αστυνομικοί παραπέμφθηκαν σε τακτικό ανακριτή από τον οποίο θα λάβουν προθεσμία για τις απολογίες τους.

 

Ενώπιον του εισαγγελέα, οδηγήθηκαν επίσης επτά νεαροί που συνελήφθησαν κατά τη διάρκεια των βραδινών επεισοδίων, οι οποίοι θα παραπεμφθούν σε δίκη στο αυτόφωρο κατηγορούμενοι για φθορές και κατά περίπτωση για κλοπές, παράνομη οπλοφορία, κ.ά.
