Report Raws for downvote abuse

[SQL Developer]

Hello, i would like to report the user @Raws for downvote abuse.

He is downvote randomly topics everyday, i would like to request my reputation back.

 

Also if you will check this user profile he is only cause drama and he is trying to spread bad reputation for every live project.

i also checked his account he only write bad content indeed i mean its amazing spending so much time to write all this hate everywhere... this needs effort!
