Sylas rework

I've been a fan of Sylas but he has been a balance issue recently. What I would like is for Sylas to be a bruiser instead of a mage or assassin like he is currently. I would do this by giving him more sustained damage/healing so he doesn't just throw out his combo and be done with it.

What I would change about Sylas; some of these changes are what are on the PBE currently.

Passive - Petricite Burst: Now deals 50-100% damage (based on level) towards enemies that are not the primary target | Now grants +1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5% magic penetration and +1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3% Cooldown reduction cap per times a champion is hit with Petricite Burst (up to 5 times) lasting 5 seconds levels 1 / 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 | Now has 2 charges

Q - Chain Lash: Q1 AP lowered to 55% from 60% | Q2 Damage lowered to 40/60/80/100/120 from 45/70/95/120/145 | Q2 AP lowered to 40% AP from 60% AP | Q2 Slow increased from 50% to 70% for 2 seconds

W - Kingslayer: Cooldown lowered to 7 / 6.75 / 6.5 / 6.25 / 6 from 14 / 13.5 / 13 / 12.5 / 12 seconds | Mana cost changed to 30 at all ranks from 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 mana | Damage changed to 40 / 65 / 90 / 105 / 140 (+ 35% AP) from 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 65% AP) | Heal changed to 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 (+35% AP) (+1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2% Maximum hp) from 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 (+ 40% AP)

E - Abscond / Abduct: Now only shields on champions hit | Cooldown reduced to 16/ 14.5 / 13 / 11.5 / 10 from 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 seconds | Chain Ap ratio increased to 30% from 20% | Shield value changed to 80/120/160/200/240 (+90% AP) from 60/90/120/150/180 (+90% AP)

R - Hijack: Cooldown increased to 85 / 50 / 25 from 85 / 50 / 15 seconds

Anyways I just wanted to share what I would do with him let me know your thoughts on it

whats the point if the story says Sylas is a Mage and now they turn him into a Bruiser?

i think riots dicisions are a bit stupid reworking new champions instead of working on old ones
