L2 Client Encryptors?

Sup guys,

 

A while ago, Ive bought a file encryptor from a dude names "Cestia". He made the encryptor the way, it only works on one computer. And since Ive reformated, and mounted a new computer, his program won't work anymoe. Also knowing the dude won't reply to my messages on skype or what so ever.

So with this, I would like to have some recommendations for file encryptors/decryptos for lineage 2. Please leave the functions, options and price in the comments pls. 

Or if someone also interested in "reverse engeniering" his .exe for removing the PC bind thing, please, enter in contact to discuss the price.
