[Forum bug] Can't ignore members

It simply says "you're not allowed to ignore that member", even though it's just a regular member

 

@Maxtor also my profile isn't showing my raffle award :(

About awards, awards system is about to be updated and if i'm not wrong awards is currently disabled in order to update it
