Scammer Neophron

So im here to finally report this guy for good. Im here to provide all the proofs as he is literally not trusted of doing any kind of transaction with you. The first topic i made and in which he replied is this.

 

So long story short. Neophron after almost a month replied back saying he had health issues etc. Unfortunately we are most likely being fooled since this guy never went again either online so i could talk to him or made some serious effort to get my product fixed. I'll just say that those 5 months after he got pre-paid for some work the only thing he ever said for the product he delivered is just that he doesnt know how to fix some function which pretty much he can just copy/paste from the original interface.

Also, 6 hours ago, i posted in http://forum.l2soft.eu for which Neophron is working reporting him but my topic got deleted with a really miraculous way.

The guy got prepaid for something and never finished it also hes doesnt refund the money or reply back to me.

I'm not defending him, i just consider about your moves on forum.

This forum does not belong to me, however, I was kindly provided with the opportunity to communicate with my Private Clients.

I did not delete your message. Perhaps it contained abusive behavior (looks like your new message) and was not constructive and for this reason it was removed by another moderator or administrator.

If you really disagree with my arguments, which I gave you (Skype) repeatedly and in detail, write about it here, and also you will prove a proof that will correspond to the title of this topic. In this case, I will quote these arguments publicly.

Theres no real need for me to post any kind of Skype conversation of your reasons. This is your life and not anyone needs to know. I will not get so low.

So you claim not being able to reach computer by any means in between the week and you cannot contact me. I pretty much understand this. Can you please explain me how is it possible for you to reply on other forums or here when you cant reach a computer just to type simple stuff like "I WILL BE AVAILABLE X DAY, Y HOUR". No its my fault being angry after waiting 5 months for something. I pretty much know that when i CANT finish something im just not getting the responsibility and the money to take the job and whatsoever.

I will repeat once again. Im not getting mad with you being busy IRL or whatever it is. I demand to BE INFORMED AND ONLY whats the progress on something i ordered + prepaid and there are 5+ months passed since then and still in absilutely crap stage.
