Hello, i dont know if this is the right place or not to ask something like this, but can someone point me in the right direction? how could i get something like this? For every player in the party there is some kind of effect or hightlight.

Does anyone know from where to start? or even if is someone selling something like this

To do this, you need:
1. Implement Party Highlight in the interface.
2. Implement Party Highlight in the server source code.

if it's in newer clients you need a mix of both server and interface work, since the CollidingActors function was removed from the game apparently (if i'm not mistaken) ? so you can make a small interface implementation that just sends a server bypass to the server, and the server activates an abnormal

either way you'll probably need:

1. Interface work
2. Server Source work
3. new emitters in .u files / abnormal dat changes (in case you want new effects)

should be able to make it fully client-sided in pre-h5 clients though

You showed Custom Interface window, What it does is sends custom packet to server with a selected Id.
AbnormalVisualEffectData.dat or how it's called in client - there are ids with custom markings like in the picture above.

Upon that, they apply that custom abnormal visual effect for that player in the party, that only party members could see it.
And then it's removed when player leaves party etc or other cases...

    • WHEN SAYING “YES” IS A MISTAKE Not every project is worth taking on, even if the client is ready to pay. Sometimes refusing isn’t about losing money — it’s about protecting your reputation and time. Over the years, we’ve learned to quickly spot the cases that are almost guaranteed to turn into problems. Here are the most common situations where we turn down work: ▪ The client wants it “like everyone else’s,” but with lots of custom changes and on a minimal budget ▪ There are no proper source materials, yet the deadlines are already burning and everything is needed “yesterday” ▪ Constant changes to requirements after the work has already started ▪ A task with a very low chance of success, but very high expectations ▪ The client isn’t willing to discuss the process and sees us as just an executor - A good result almost always starts when both sides have an honest understanding of the risks and real possibilities of the project. If you’re currently discussing a project and unsure whether to move forward — write to us.
