sos work how it should sos give 40% drain song+skin give 40% reflect so ya you dont feel life steal and if some1 use active reflect aug and passive you will get more reflect than you drain actually

You shouldn't rush that much. Summoners between chronicles changed. As I told you I can't travel back in time to see these changes. Once this was verified, we changed it asap. 

This is why BETA servers are for !!! To correct mistakes and fix bugs !
