The problem is that website is down very often (at least for me). You stated there that when 403 Forbidden error occurs, use the direct links, all it's all dead when this error appears.

no, its because Slothmo does not allow direct links, he wants people to download from his site. Simply click the link, then refresh or open a new browser and it should work.

- Windows Installer 3.1

- Microsoft Framework 3.5

- DirectX

 

and i don't open l2net ...

use the DirectX web instaler from microsoft webpage after you instaled Net Frame,i got that error sometmes and that fixed it
