This is an old way of changing your name so , i dont know if its fixed or not , anyway

 

Put the file at:

 

C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0. 1.xxx\deploy\assets\locale\App

 

 

Overwrite it with the old one ( but Keep a copy of the old file first ) and your ready.

After you finish, delete the file and replace it with the old one.
