What are you talking about? It is completely legal and ok to use multiple accounts. I have 3 accounts with the same exact name but different banks or cards attached to it.

afaik only 1 personal account and 1 bussines account is allowed for same person,

but yeah, you can use multiple accounts but i guess if you will transfer a lot of cash between same IP it may trigger some security check

Then just no one gives a shit, cuz i have been in touch with their support department many times and i never had an issue :)

I also realised i created my paypal for temporary stuff (with fake credentials), right now id like to fix it, and connect my real credit card with it. The name change seems a bit complex, some papers and shits i dont want to send. So, is it possible to send whole money (not that much) to second account which i would create with real credentials, then remove the fake? Or an 2 year account with only confirmed email do not have such functionalities? Damn im a fuckin caveman. Anyways, gotta ask coz its better to be safe than sorry ~~

changing name is harder than making new acc and you kinda admit current details are fake so contacting support may go in wrong direction :D

you can close your account in main settings page (it will free up connected mails/bank data),

before transferring any funds to new paypal i would first verify it with CC/Bank, cuz not verified accs have way bigger chance for security checks/temporary locks.

I had locked account with 3k euros inside about 6-8 years ago. All money from donates and I've used fake credentials because I was 16 back then. Got the money 12 months later, after getting a random email from paypal that I was eligable to withdraw the funds via any IBAN. Lucky meh.

 

 

PS: They still didn't allowed me to change the name, so I created a legit one.

Call them and talk to them. After dealing with them throught the phone I never had an issue with over 30K the last couple of years

you accept only donations, and keep a strict policy about that. I've denied and refunded back large donation ammounts because they weren't declared as donate
