This line is from augmentation shop. i dont understand what is this "16198"

3125 ID
10 Is count of item.
16198 - what is this ?

Augmentation id, I guess. Without complete script, it's hard to answer you.

if im not wrong 3125,10 is the id of Battle Roar and the number 10 is the level of skill, so the first item i guess is the item id that the player will pay to get the skill
