Nope it's a rip from a russian site (SW13) xd i just rework it a bit

He don't know anything about styling and since he can rip something and can be easier for him to learn and get what he want why is this bad?

Reading and understanding other's work is not bad, i my self learned coding webs by reading shared templates, at least for the early stages. on the other hand, downloading other's job and claim to be yours you only fool yourself

yup, that's true, i learned some html by reading other's work as well (but i still cannot learn how to code on my own xD)
