Some Help Please

Guys i need your help, just tried to register a gameserver and  when i open registergameserver.bat (using latest stable version of l2jfree Gracia)i get this error :

Have you edited the loginserver.config?....You have to make the option:

 

AcceptNewGameserver = True...

Well thought it could fix it but no it didn't , it comes up with the same message . Pfff im trying to fix it like 5 hours now
