Just choose 1 coin from itemname.dat and put it to the mob drop list. There are many types of coins you can choose. Or else, you can add a new custom item in navicat and use it, but for that you will have to add as well the info in client side etcitemgrp.dat/itemname.dat.

 

If you dont know how to add the coin to the drop list.. just press  shift+click on monster and Add drop.
