Help Vote Reward System L2Jfrozen

Is there any fix guys for the vote reward system for hopzone/topzone that is already installed in l2jfrozen??

i mean i activate it in the console it says Voting system initialized but there are no checks at all and no errors in console :P

using rev in my test server is : 1004

i think thats fixed in rev1118

yes but in that revision there are full of reworks changed utils etc..
