Request Chain Heal - How To Change The Color

Hello there!

Someone can explain how i can change the color from chain heal, i just know i need change something in Lineage2EffectsTexture.utx, but someone can share a tutorial or something like this, i just want learn.

And about the programs i need to.  ;)

By God , I searched in full lineageeffectstexture and so far nothing of chain heal, I'll look at other textures now , as the l2effects2.utx
if someone can help me and explain how I think the faster textures would be very good, despite not receiving help will continue as mod is one thing I'm falling , thank you all and sorry for English
