What i've tried is to open original unr files.

Someone told me that in order to open original unr you have to re-encrypt it.
So i did it , but when i tried to open it i saw that error.

//Edit

I mean the staticmesh files.

don't believe in anything somebody can told you, for open unr files you need know structure and make a tool to reverse it, so without know how is structure of unr files and specially for l2, you can't do it.

maybe u didnt unxor them. As far as i know l2 files are bit modified so UT will not open them, need to dig and find changes

I'm afraid i don't know how to do that.

what he mean, is protection used for l2packed is XOR, so sure as can understand and in simple words, you don't use l2decrypt to unprotect files, but anyway this won't fix this issue.
