make those 2 skills auto learn for each class u want to balance

example of how it will look like for boost stats

<table name="#mAtk"> 1.1 </table>

example of how it will look like for lowering stats

<table name="#mAtk"> 0.9 </table>

u can also check how berserk spirit works i guess it will help u.

if u add it with 0.x its working like debuff,

see how this debuff is working.

  <skill id="1366" levels="1" name="Seal of Despair">

    <set name="mpInitialConsume" val="22" />
    <set name="mpConsume" val="85" />
    <set name="magicLvl" val="78" />
    <set name="power" val="40" />
    <set name="lvlDepend" val="1" />
    <set name="target" val="TARGET_AURA" />
    <set name="skillRadius" val="200" />
    <set name="reuseDelay" val="300000" />
    <set name="hitTime" val="4000" />
    <set name="skillType" val="DEBUFF" />
    <set name="isDebuff" val="true" />
    <set name="isMagic" val="true" />
    <set name="operateType" val="OP_ACTIVE" />
    <for>
      <effect name="Debuff" time="120" val="0" stackOrder="1" stackType="ultimate_debuff">
        <mul stat="pAtk" order="0x30" val="0.9" />
        <mul stat="runSpd" order="0x30" val="0.8" />
        <mul stat="mDef" order="0x30" val="0.7" />
        <mul stat="pAtkSpd" order="0x30" val="0.7" />
        <mul stat="rCrit" order="0x30" val="0.7" />
        <mul stat="cAtk" order="0x30" val="0.7" />
        <sub stat="accCombat" order="0x40" val="6" />
      </effect>
    </for>
  </skill>

How do want to "balance" something if you dont have basic knowledge about servers.... You can find them in skill stats or java.

Well,i didnt ask you if i have the basic knowledge or not.. I never worked with skills & xml stats, i was balancing through character table in database. So how can i know something i never did used in? If you dont want to help then gtfo and go sell any shared catsguard to victims.. //Peace & Love

@CE

The best way to learn such a thing is to read skills description and then just check the skill's xml, that way you will manage how it works ;)

Well i kinda understand how it works,i just search now for all the available stats codes.  Also,is it any way that i configure the pack to use changes without Restart?

I don't think so. On aCis it's inside classes folder, on frozen not sure, never used it.. Probably skills_tree.sql or some other file inside /data/... Blind guess :P
