GameServer IS GG LOADING SUCCES.!

Have you opened the ports for lineage 2? Make sure you have ports: 2106 and 7777 open(2106 is for the loginserver) . For info on how to do this try http://www.wikihow.com/Open-Ports although it's kind of a basic network knowledge so you should know how to do it.

Just force Eclipse to use IPV4. Edit eclipse.ini and add the last line:
