WTB Wtb Vote Reward Npc (In-Game)

I want to buy an Npc called Npc Vote Reward
An npc which will be spawned in my server and players will be able to choose hopzone/topzone to vote.

They will have 45 seconds for votings and after that npc will check if they have voted..

If they did then a menu will pop-up with their reward

They will have to click...Claim reward or whatever..

 

I'm talking about Elfocrash's npc but his npc is coded for acis..
