Request Finding Current Effect/what Is This Effect

what effect is this? or more like is there any way ingame/in pawn viewer which i can view current effects being used?

 

I looked inside its script in lineagemonster.u and it doesnt really tell you although i know that it comes from somewhere

 

lineagemonster.ukx doesnt tell you what the animnotify effect is 'attached' to so..

yea thats it, im just trying to understand how abnormals work and how they are attached on the character's body
