The only one that sell ddos services that is able to shutdown OVH servers is Nightmare Linux Bots using 7k bots so that cost 1350$/m

This is also true, while game servers are somehow a 'grey area' regarding laws...

 

Making a datacenter go partially or completely down, is indeed a crime.
