I think after grand openning. But, imho, you should add NPC Buffer, why? Cause casual/random players will leave server faster than invite it and you should know that they will be ~50% of server population.

They gonna have newbie buffs till 61lvl.We said we wont have any custom items/npc's etc.

So till they reach this level i'm sure they will be members of a clan.

Not at all will be members of a clan. Cause not all of clans want to invite randoms. They should change newbie buffer, that should buff all time. Imho...

I think server must be as Gracia Final .. its proved that all that boost xp/sp, GK global, Npc buffs no retail like and more just help servers fail..

L2 is game for a group.. better all find some friends to play with or be in a clan...
