Can anyone help me? I don't see any error in gameserver/loginserver only in L2 it says.

 

You cannot create another char,Please delete the existing character and try again.

 

Does the protection affects source or configs of game server?

No. He just gave me 1 ip to use.

 

Well there is not only one reason this can happend but you may try in server.prop this:

# Maximum number of characters per account.
# Default: 7 (client limit)
CharMaxNumber = 7
