you cant define rarity. if someone started on season 2 or 3 he may find that ufo corki or nutcracko or nosferatu vlad etc to be the most rare skins but unofrtunately for him he couldnt get them

 

thing is , that you all wanna show off your "nowhere-to-be-found"skins

 

for the record i possess all the riot series + pax sivir but i usually buy and play  all the non famous skins(vindicator vayne,waterloo/cowgirl mf,bloodknight Hecarim etc etc)

I guess its just some legacy skins.

Althought i was playing in Season1 , i wasn't buying skins a lot back then.

My only "Rare" Skin would be Red Baron Corki i guess.
