[BUG] Start with 7k on second round de_dust2

Normally u should start with 4k on the second round but with this bug u start with 7k (imagine awp+desert+kevlar+bombs ON SECOND ROUND)

 

To do this u have to go to the bombsite A and plant the bomb ANYWHERE u want doesnt matter at all but after that u have to stand in this line and wait for the bomb to blow up
