He already has been punished, all his accounts were banned. He just made new accounts.

 

I gave you a link above, next time use that guy.

I've traded more than 400e in 1.5 week with him and he didn't scam even 1e from me.

You can always open a topic and ask for trusted members ! Psomas2 was my ex changer but i started with sucess ex-changing with a member called Psycho_ or something like that!

 

That guy seems trusted with good rates and he send the money as gift!
