For a good pack you need 100e, maximum. To keep the server away from being ddosed from skids you need ~200-250 euro per month. Another ~100 euro for a decent machine. The sum would be 350 euro, which isn't much, if you got more than 10 people who're willing to pay every month per 20e, just to keep the server alive for a long time. There's no perfect server. In most cases people make the server, not the pack. When you find 2 or more equal clans, who'll fight for a castle with low items, then you've succeeded.

Is it yours? Try connecting the ADSL cable and check if it functions normally. It could be a problem with the protocols
