Middle rates 20-50        Pvp servers,but most of them with +++donations  :-[.

Hige rates 50-10000      Is more for xxxdaggerxxx players or xxxnecroxxx  :P

In my opinion middle server's are the best and also if the server provides fun and friendly enviroment then rates doesnt matter ;)

Mid rates: 15x - 35x

1-5 rate - Crazy ppl with mutch free time

5-15 rate - Server without crazy players and noobs

15-30 rate - Normal rate

30-50 rate - New players can start learn L2 game

50-10000 rate - Noobs players who can say only: Gm help me , give me money .... bla bla......

Low-mid rate (that's about 25-35xp) without donations and npc buffers. There you have an interesting server for those who like to kill mobs and lvl, and for those who like to pvp it's just a matter of making the buffer classes and go pvp (which it's kinda ok with that xp rates)
