Tryskell Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 Following the data I received (RAM used during that day), the server is supposed to get a population of 1k+ without any lag (with 4g dedicated to JVM, which means with 8g you probably can host 2k+ players). Roughly said, 3mo / player + 740mo static. RAM usage is also really stable (no memory leaks on a period of 12h), and we can activate RAM profiling to see how the RAM is used when server is populated. If you experienced lag before, it's because JVM was setted to "default" value (512mo max) when server itself uses 340mo and geoengine was also enabled (around 400mo). If you understand, 340 + 400 = 740mo (without any player on), as 512mo was the max = instant lag. It is now setted to 2g (maximum reached = 1500 ram with 240 on), and will be up to 4g when owner will decide to make an update. About fixes, I invite you to check aCis changesets in order to get details about next updates. Those updates are independant of L2Rival updates, which mean you got 2 teams working on that server, basically. I simply will tell you I'm working on sieges system at this moment, and you will have retail-like castle gates upgrade system, added to multiple fixes concerning sieges. I'm aware Quests engine got issues, and I will ask to players to wait concerning it, as the guy who work on it took some holidays. Some of your bug reports have already been corrected. Confident Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 many mobs are stucked,specifically on Dark Forest..Most of them can't be targeted/seen and others when pressing F1 are moving like 2 cm from their position and u cant attack them..idk whats wrong..maybe there are mobs like them in another areas..check it Quote
