I'm pretty sure I've seen few Russian c4 servers with over 5000 rate. If I'm not wrong they were L2Pulse and LL2

u will not find server like versuvio...

real nice server with super balance pvps, 1 of my favorites..but now is x55 sh1t without ppls

These all are about 50x, I looked for 1k. I remember versuvio, and I actually played on fusion. Interesting server, but low population.
