I think we should give newbies at least correct answer why they should not do this!

 

1) Your PC has very low RAM and everything else seems to be crap as well :)

2) If you want to play on localhost on your own i think you can do so

3) You can also run server for yourself to learn things because we all have to start from something!

 

Simply, do not open server for public because you dont know what you are doing, open one on localhost run around try to add add/edit/fix things and only then you can think about opening server for public!
