I think it depends on how server is bugged

My opinion for low rates is soultaker balaned m.attack c.speed and debuffs and of high rates  i think saggit. rulez

depends how you feel yr char,i got a friend which got soultaker and with prophet buffs dance and pow he won duelist and adventure same time,those two guys got prophet buffs ,for cov or pof i dont know without dance and adventure without mirage aswell...

he feel the soultaker very much
