AD Carry Runes

I was just curious on what I should get for an AD Carry

I have ad marks atm crit chance glyph, seal and AS quant

And here's my question do you think it would be better to have 9 marks armor pen instead of AD and quant armor pen too and remove crit chance glyph/seal for AS ?

22 Armor pen

10% AS

13 Armor

 

I was just wondering isn't it cool having 10 more AD than the other carry + you can clean minions easier and safer ( by saying safer that is harder to miss a minion when your dmg is higher and since runes arm pen doesn't apply on minions..)

Playing without armor penetration make's you useless at all. (0 dmg)
