Lineage 3 = Lineage Eternal "Twilight Resistance"

NCSoft announced today that they will be releasing a third installment of the extremely successful Lineage series. The game is not a sequel to Lineage 2 but rather to Lineage (1) instead. While Lineage Eternal is a 3D game, the camera will be in a fixed position similar to Diablo 3.

Anyway , if it was Lineage 3 i would expect a similar gameplay with L2 but with improved graphics and different story , but it looks good as a sequel of Lineage

Things change, people's interest change. Your opinion is only an insignificant fraction of people who still live back in the "7 years ago". Keeping it "lineage2" won't do crap.

L2 itself is already dying in Korea. GoD/harmony/tauti didn't help, go read their articles.

 

It's about money. L2 and it's concept is actually falling in asia now. And if it does not produce an income for NCsoft, they won't do "lineage2" or anything like it.

 

Now get pissed off and rage as your petty lineage2 wet dreams get crushed by the mighty heel of NoCareSoft, and watch them develop new games and gameologies that will make them money, because for each of you, which do not like them, there will be 5 that do like them.
