So far I see 2 issues : client problems, or you forget to copy/paste datapack.

i think he uses frozen and he got this problem because he set his class while being 1 level or something.(maybe the opposite)

 

a friend of mine hat this problem.Just se default class (e.x. Human Fighter) and level 1 via navicat and try to log

Try another1 or compile1 . . . .

 

It doesnt worth working on preconf packs and also Help on them it is not allowed here ;)
