anyway does that tool open xdat files? I would like to try modify the size of SystemMsgWnd and it's not in WindowsInfo.ini....I've found it in User.ini but there is just if it's turned on or off and the options what to show

 

SystemMsgWnd=True

SystemMsgWndDamage=True

SystemMsgWndExpendableItem=True

 

I have found the only other place where it is mentioned is in interface.xdat file, will I be able to edit that with some editor or I need the unreal development kit for modifying it?
