my personal opinion for a nice balanced server will be Gracia Final cause it will bring lot of activity but i am pretty sure that the final result will be interlude since the most ppl love simple things.

 

But the success of a server lies at the staff + their work and not so much at the client. I will join if the features will have something unique:3

An interlude x50-x70.... That will be cool... I've used to play at a Lineage2 private server x50-x70, lets hope this server will bring me old memories :)

Interlude is the best option for a balanced pvp server, I've played on many many l2off servers, most of them interlude, some gracia final. Interlude is BY FAR the best client for a midrate pvp/customized server. It can really be balanced in a way gracia/hellbound etc can't. Also, there isn't any really good interlude pvp servers left, so this could be a reason to start one.

I'd prefer Interlude with Epic Weapons (As the only customs) , without any unbalanced stuff.
