Ηextech for what? Αll Lee Sin's skills are physical damage. The 3rd spell only deal magic damage but you're not able to deal more damage when you have AP. So it's useless. If you want life steal take Blood Thirster or Executioner Calling. About mobility...hmmmmmm. Lee sin is off tank. I always take Mercury's on Lee. Everyone have his own build.

 

Anyway, a good build for me is:

Brutalizer (Later make it Youmous Ghostblade)

Guardian Angel

Frozen Mallet

Blood Thirster ( if you really need lifesteal, insteand you can make infinity edfe or Black Cleaver)

Wit's End
