with your nice Credit card, you can register to paypal (10 min of your Life ;D) then You are ready to donate ;D

Well actually for me those 10mins turned into 2~2.5 month i wait to get the verification pin, thats why i created a similar topic too.

To activate the paypal account you form the registration fields (card number,name etc..)and you wait for them to send you the verification pin am i right?

I just took the Prepaid card .. with money ... went at paypal without acc .. done all fields ... and u are donate member!
