Stucked Augments on Armors

I have a huge problem with my server, for starters Players Disconnect all the time an when that happens, they stuck their augments on their armor.

I have no idea how that happens would any1 know how to fix this problem?

Not only.. I had augmented earring on one server.. :D

Well you can c/p Freya but don't copy/paste all you find.

 

Basically only weapons are supposed to have augments on IL. Dunno which chronicle added "augment" on armors (more exactly, it's elemental stones implementation), but they could avoid to c/p whatever they find (Frozen or Scoria).
