is better to use this ram or this and why please tell me:

or

 

Transcend 8 GB DDR2-667 Ram Kit ECC Registered (2x4GB, CL5, 240Pin, TS8GCQ8854)

 

And if second ram is better i can add it on normal pc motherboard not (server motherboard) ?
