there is a solution to this!

you go jungle, go play nocturne/fiddle/leesin/gangplank/shaco etc etc.. and become good, and go jungle

That's not a option, mostly my team mates wanna jungle so we will fight for it.

Also sometimes i jungle but i want to play with AP,Tank,Support etc sometimes.

You'll have the 100% slow from Frozen Mallter i think. Plus the passive from triforce (sheen) and all stats, critical att speed etc.
