I think you changed this :

# Bind ip of the loginServer, use * to bind on all available IPs

LoginserverHostname=*

the * with an IP .. leave it as it was .. or share us you ls and gs.prop to check them!

Thx alot for guide dude !  But i still cant resolve problem. Here's my gameserver & login server properties.

# This is the server configuration file. Here you can set up the connection for your server.

# Usually you have to change the ExternalHostname option to

# - 127.0.0.1 (if you want to play alone / testing purpose)

# - LAN IP* (if you want to play from another computer in the network)

# - WAN IP** (if you want to play with friends over internet)

# - Questions? => http://l2jserver.com

#

# * = If you want to get your LAN IP, simply choose "Start" => "Run..." then type "cmd" => "ipconfig"

# **= If you want to get you WAN IP, visit http://www.whatismyip.com

GameserverHostname=*

ExternalHostname=l2zerg.no-ip.biz

The guide is good however I think the internal ip should be your internal ip if you are behind a router. In windows if you go to your start run cmd then type ipconfig it should give you your internal ip.

I do have this setup with noip and so far so good. However in my router setup page where I port forward the ports 7777 2106 9014 12345 etc... it also asks me for my WAN ip. And it only accepts numbers. It will not accept words. So I am curious when my ip does change and my router has port forword for my old external ip will the ports still be open internally? In other words why does my router ask to include my external ip also when I port forword the ports?

Thanks for any help. Everything perfect at the moment but ip has not changed yet to check if my ports still stay open with new external ip.
